Join us for our Hope Noted sponsored events! Each year we will honor Mental Health Awareness Month in May with a 5k walk/run, Hope Forward. Then in September, we invite you to our Wellness Workshop, a day of restoration for our whole selves: body, mind, and soul. We also hold pop-up events throughout the year. Hope to see you!
