Our events give us a chance to build safe and meaningful relationships and support one another’s emotional wellness.
Monthly Meetups
In 2023, you are invited to join us for a monthly event, typically the last Friday of every month at 6:30pm. Each get-together will have a different activity, workshop, or outing. Make sure to scroll down for event details and sign-ups!

Create Your Own “Centering Box”
When: Friday, April 28, 2023 from 6:30pm-9pm
Location: 245 Butler Ave. Ste 204 Lancaster, PA 17601
This meetup is a creative, hands-on workshop led by Sarah Hurley, Founder of Compassion Point and Resident Chaplain at Lancaster General Hospital. We will create our own “centering boxes” which are pocket-sized collections of reminders to ground us in hope, comfort, and peace in moments when we need it. Please join us (and bring a friend) as we make these unique and portable keepsakes and enjoy some creative time with one another. Snacks and art supplies provided. Suggested donation: $5. Note – this event is not set up for children under 10 years old.

Hope Noted 5K (virtual!)
When: May 26, 2023 – May 28, 2023 | Anytime!
Where: This is a virtual event so you can participate from ANYWHERE!
Join us for our third annual Hope Noted 5K in honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month!
This is a VIRTUAL event so you can join from ANYWHERE and complete your race ANYTIME over the event weekend from 5/26-5/28! Grab a friend, a pet, or form your own group and make a difference as you walk/run. Wear or display your personalized race bib and t-shirt to promote your message of mental health awareness!
If you are located here in Hope Noted’s hometown of Lancaster, PA, please make sure to tell us during your checkout so we can send you details about joining our in-person group. We will walk/run together on Saturday, May 27th – we will have food, a kid’s fun run, prizes and more!


Mental Muscle in the Park
When: Friday, June 30, 2023 at 6:30pm
Location: Buchanan Park, 901 Buchanan Ave, Lancaster PA, 17603
Come out and enjoy a FREE outdoor fitness class for ALL LEVELS lead by Certified Personal Trainer and mental health advocate, Quese Butler.
Be prepared to get moving and learn how staying physically active plays a significant part in supporting our mental health.
Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle, towel, and mat if you have one!
Hangout and refreshments to follow the fitness portion of the event.
