Join us Saturday, September 23rd at 10am for a FREE outdoor fitness class for ALL levels with certified personal trainer and mental health advocate, Quese! Musser Park in Lancaster, PA.

This event will have a special focus on National Suicide Prevention Month featuring guest speaker, wellness coach and counselor, Kay as she shares her story as a survivor with us.

September: the month where mental health advocates

September: the month where mental health advocates, survivors and allies all throughout our nation join together to promote suicide prevention awareness.

Let’s commit to being there for our friends and family who need us. Let’s join our voices to speak up about the seriousness of suicidal thoughts. Let’s help one another find the resources we need when life feels impossible.

We end the stigma by talking about the “taboo” stuff, by going to therapy, by encouraging all our friends (not just the women!) in our lives to go to therapy, by listening to our loved ones when they speak, and by asking the hard/awkward questions.

Hope and healing are within reach and no one was meant to face life’s hardships all alone. You are braver than you feel.

Join us for Yoga in the Park! An evening yoga clas

Join us for Yoga in the Park! An evening yoga class created for ALL levels - no experience necessary!

Instructor Catie Troxell will facilitate our yoga practice as we incorporate movement and postures, the use of breathing techniques, and a short meditation in an effort to unite the body and mind in healing and resiliency.

Please bring your own yoga/exercise mat if you have one. If you don't have a mat, no worries - we will have a few extra.

Suggested donation for this class is $10.

Words from HN Founder, Alisa Krause:

“Over the weekend, several of our Hope Noted crew joined friends and family to honor and celebrate the life of my little baby coming in early September. It was beautiful and my heart is overflowing with gratitude!

This baby brings a lot of hope to me personally and to our HN community. A reminder of our inherent worthiness just by existing. A little miracle life that came to be even though I was diagnosed three years ago with “unexplained infertility.” And while I have worked to not let that label define my story as a woman, I admit that this diagnosis was hard to accept at times. Trusting the process of life requires intentionality on our part and I think I will be forever learning how to trust and let go. This tiny human has been a teacher to me in that way already and they haven’t even taken their first breath! What a wonder they are. I treasure their life and look ahead with curiosity to the newness of it all.

My husband, Ryan and I are holding so much anticipation for what the future will be like for our family and for this Hope Noted space we share with you. Our community will inevitably experience some changes as I learn this new part of me called “mama.”

Thank you for your continued support of our organization as it evolves and as we continue to learn together how to show up for one another through life’s ups and downs. I appreciate you all more than I can say.
